BUENOS AIRES, Argentina — A premier facility management leader with nearly 60 years of expertise in Argentina and the South American market has officially announced the deployment of a 100% autonomous cleaning robotic system developed by Rosiwit. This milestone marks a significant leap forward for fully automated cleaning solutions in the region, addressing the surging market demand for operational efficiency, resource optimization, and enhanced safety standards.
"Since 2024, we have seen a growing trend of clients inquiring about automated cleaning solutions. However, most equipment available in the Argentine market remains semi-autonomous, requiring constant human supervision. Unlike conventional equipment, the Rosiwit system achieves total autonomy through its integrated smart workstation. The station automates critical maintenance cycles—including charging, clean water replenishment, chemical dosing, and wastewater discharge—without the need for human intervention.
This level of automation allows facility managers to pre-schedule comprehensive cleaning plans, enabling robots to transition seamlessly between different zones for continuous, uninterrupted operation. Furthermore, the system is fully integrated into a cloud-based platform, providing real-time visibility via mobile devices. Management can monitor task progress, operational paths, and equipment history, while utilizing remote diagnostics to drastically improve transparency and maintenance efficiency.
Titan 810 and Skywalker 50 designed for automatic cleaning of large areas have arrived in Argentina
The deployment features a dual-robot strategy, both powered by high-performance fast-charging lithium battery systems, tailored for varying facility scales:
Skywalker 50: Designed for office environments and mid-sized commercial spaces, it cleans up to 1,200 m²/h while maintaining peak stability in high-traffic areas.
Titan 810: Engineered for large-scale industrial scenarios, it features a 150L clean solution tank and a 190L recovery tank. With a cleaning capacity exceeding 2,800 m²/h, it can cover vast areas within a single shift.
