(2) When you register a Rosiwit account, we also need to collect information about the area where your personal information will be stored. You can select the region, and we will store your personal information accordingly on a local cloud server to comply with applicable regulations.
(3) When you visit www.rosiwit.com and submit a message or conduct an online consultation, we collect your mobile phone number to better provide timely services and feedback. You may also voluntarily provide your name to help us offer more personalized responses.
2. How do we use Cookie, Beacon and other technologies
(1) Cookies: When you visit Rosiwit’s website or use its services, small data files (such as cookies, Flash cookies, or other local storage mechanisms) may be placed on your device to simplify your user experience, avoid repeated input of registration information, or enhance account security. (1) Storage location: Personal information is stored on Amazon Cloud servers located in Europe and North America. If data transfer abroad is necessary, we will comply with applicable laws, inform you of the purpose, recipients, security measures, and risks, and require overseas institutions to keep the information confidential. Your data will be retained until you cancel your account unless a longer retention period is required by law.
(2) Data security: We use industry-standard security measures such as firewalls, encryption (SSL), data de-identification, and access controls. We continuously review and update our internal management systems to ensure information security and limit access to authorized personnel only.
(3) Incident response: Despite our best efforts, security incidents may occur. If a security incident happens, we will promptly inform you of the basic details, impact, our response measures, suggestions for your protection, and remedial actions through email, letter, phone, or public announcement if necessary. We will also report the incident to regulatory authorities as required.
(4) Data deletion: If we cease operations, we will stop collecting your information immediately, notify you individually or publicly, and delete or anonymize your personal information accordingly.

(7) Before responding to your requests 3, 4, 5, and 6 mentioned above, in order to ensure security, we need to verify your identity and credential information. Once verified, it will be processed within five (10) working days; In case of special circumstances, a reasonable explanation that a response or inability to respond in a timely manner will be provided within a maximum of thirty (30) days or the time limit specified by laws and regulations.
(8) How do you cancel your Rosiwit account. You can log in to the cloud platform, use the cancel function or request to cancel your Rosiwit account through customer service hotline or Rosiwit Mobile APP. Please note that after your account is cancelled, we will delete your personal information.
(9) You need to understand the risks associated with the device being rooted. There is a risk that private information such as photos, contacts, and accounts may be stolen by third-party software after the system is ROOT! Please do not easily operate or hire others to operate ROOT devices.
6. Statement of third-party liability
Please note that third-party website operators you visit while using the products and services provided by us, third-party services accessed through us, and third parties receiving your personal information from Rosiwit may have their own privacy policies. When you view web pages created by third parties or use applications developed by them, these third parties may collect and use your personal information. We do not directly participate in the data collection or use activities of these third parties. Their data collection and use are not governed by this policy, but rather by their own privacy policies. Please note that we integrate a push SDK, and you may receive a push notification from the system when the application is closed. Clicking the notification will open the app, where you can use the self-start permission.
To improve the delivery rate of messages and provide timely reminders, we will, by default, enable the associated activation function to maintain the app’s activity. If you do not wish to activate this feature, we suggest manually disabling it.
Self-start and associated start instructions
(1) To ensure that the app can normally receive client-pushed messages when closed or running in the background, it must utilize the self-start capability, occasionally sending system broadcasts to trigger self-start or associated start behaviors. This is necessary for the realization of certain functions and services.
